KELLY ROWLAND GETS HER I.B.T.C. CARD REVOKED; FESSES UP TO HAVING BREAST ENHANCEMENT PROCEDURE.

Well, here's a non-surprise...if there is such a thing. Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland has been disbarred from the Itty Bitty Tittie Committee board of trustees after fessing up and (finally) admitting to the fact that she has gotten two best new friends in the form of silicon/saline breast implants. Bless her heart. The singer confirmed everyone's speculations to People magazine yesterday after she was photographed last month sunbathing in a 'my cup runneth over' two piece bikini. In an upcoming issue of People magazine, Rowland says she went under the knife last October in Houston. And while some folks may speculate her reasons for deciding to have the surgery done was so that she could compete alongside her fellow bandmate, Beyonce Knowles couldn't be further from the truth. Rowland says she not only has wanted this operation since she was 17-years-old and so that she could fill up the bossom area of her designer ensembles. As for her cup size, the magazine quoted the singer as saying, "...I simply went from an A-cup to a B-cup. I didn't want double Ds and be a little bitty size 2, that would look nuts!"

In related news, reports of Kelly signing on to pose nude for Playboy magazine are false. The singer was rumored to have scored a deal with Playboy magazine to strike a pose for $500,000 up to $1,000,000. However, a rep from the men's magazine has denied these claims, "This is news to us, but if Kelly is interested in posing for Playboy, we'd love to talk to her."

ACTOR CAST TO PLAY ROLE OF BIGGIE SMALLS IN NEW BIG SCREEN BIO-PIC; ANGELA BASSETT TO PLAY BIGGIE'S MOTHER, VOLETTA WALLACE.

It's official. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Biggie is coming to the big screen. Fox Searchlight has hired Jamal 'Gravy" Woolard, a Brooklyn-based rapper, to play late rap icon Biggie Smalls, a.k.a. the Notorious B.I.G., in its upcoming biopic Notorious. Derek Luke, Angela Bassett and Anthony Mackie also have been cast in the movie, the art-house studio said. Directed by George Tillman Jr. (Soul Food), it goes into production this month and is expected to hit theaters on January 16 2009. Luke (will play Biggie record producer Sean "Diddy" Combs, who off-screen is an executive producer on the film. Mackie will play rival rapper Tupac Shakur, while Bassett will play Biggie's mother Voletta Wallace. The production held an open casting call last fall in the hope of finding the next Notorious B.I.G., ne Christopher Wallace, the generously built East Coast rapper who was killed in an unsolved Los Angeles drive-by in 1997.

The idea, executives said, was that as with casting for sports movies like "Miracle," the production would be better served with a non-actor who can rap and imitate Biggie than with a pro actor who might need to be taught how to rap. More than 100 Biggie wannabes, many of them non-pros and all with the requisite size, turned out to show off their rapping and impersonation skills. Woolard, who also is known as Gravy, is not a total unknown. He has released a number of albums, though he's perhaps best known for being shot before a radio appearance outside the New York hip-hop station Hot 97 two years ago, after which he proceeded with the interview and became a part of hip-hop lore. Like Biggie, Woolard was a drug dealer before he became a rapper. He had released a number of albums on indie labels in the 1990s before being signed by Warner Bros.

Voletta Wallace cited "Jamal's charming personality, warm spirit, wonderful sense of humor and beautiful smile" as reasons for the casting. "He is a talented and charismatic actor, and I am excited that he will bring Christopher's character to life," she said.

Biggie, who drew on his experiences as a drug dealer in his rapping, is considered a seminal figure in the hip-hop world; his posthumously released "Life After Death" was a top seller and is considered one of the most influential hip-hop records of the modern era. "Notorious" is expected to examine his troubled life, his music and his impact.

NEW CANDIDS: REGGIE BUSH W/KIM KARDASHIAN VACAYING IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

Kim Kardashian and her new boy toy Reggie Bush were spotted frolicking on the beaches of the Dominican Republic this week. Expect to see footage of Kim and Reggie's vacation in the second season of E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians when it premiere this Sunday night (March 9. 2008) at 10:00 p.m. Depending on who you ask, Hollywood's favorite family returns for a highly anticipated second season, bringing viewers more of the wild antics and family chaos that made this show a fan favorite. The all-new season will continue to highlight the ups and downs and in betweens that make this family work. In the first episode Kim deals with the pressures of fame by adopting a diva attitude that does not sit well with the family and Kourtney gets the shock of her life when she finds scandalous text messages on her boyfriend's cell phone.

Also among the antics this season, Kim makes Khloe's love life her business and secretly sets her up on a dating website; Kris takes her shot in the spotlight when she is approached to join the L.A. Sparks 'Ole Skool' Dance Crew; and Bruce gets a fashion makeover when Kris hires a fabulous stylist to give him a makeover. And in the season finale, all three sisters and brother Rob fly to New Orleans for the All Star weekend where they participated in Kim's boyfriend Reggie Bush's celebrity charity pool tournament, but when they meet a family displaced by Hurricane Katrina they seize the chance to help.

I had been roaming on Kim Kardashian messageboard and laughted my ass off when I saw what a poster posted about Kim and her big ass 'baby' sister, Khloe. I had to add it to this post because it was too funny!

T: "They are all so hairy! But Kim did get the looks"
Me: "Khloe got beat with the ugly stick hard"
T: "Khloe got beat with every type of stick! Ugly stick, hairy stick, man stick, retard stick, it was like they were just like lets use the whole box of sticks, f*ck it!"

Yeah sure, we WERE talking about that **** show...but God, that made me laugh!"

RIHANNA BANS FANS FROM BRINGING UMBRELLAS TO HER SHOWS.

Grammy Award-winning R&B artist Rihanna has banned fans from bringing umbrellas to her U.K. concerts over fears for their safety. The singer scored a massive hit last summer (07) with her chart-topping single Umbrella, but the Bajan beauty has refused to let devotees bring the item to her gigs, because she is afraid people will get injured as fans try to copy her dance moves during her performance of the song.

And Rihanna has reason to worry: several concertgoers were left injured after a number of umbrella-related incidents occurred during her recent European tour. The bizarre ban was revealed earlier this week as Rihanna played in Aberdeen, Scotland. Security guard Andy McDonald, who works at the Press & Journal Arena in Aberdeen, says, "We don't normally ask people to leave an umbrella outside. But we were taking precautions over a potential accident. We were told that Rihanna's song features dancing with umbrellas on stage. We didn't want the crowd following her actions and someone getting their eye poked out."

Or someone suing her.
