Foxy Brown celebrated her 29th birthday surrounded in utter and tacky madness last weekend at LQ in New York City. Keyshia Cole, Keth Sweat and Flavor Flav were also in attendance. Uh, Foxy, Lil Kim called and said she wants back her black eyeliner pencil that you used to draw on your eyebrows and her fake eyelashes. And I personally want to tell you 'thank you' for leaving your signature Wet N' Wild mood lipstick at home. As for your hair....well, you got a mirror.
