MARLON WAYANS W/HIS NEPHEWS IN LAS VEGAS; YOUR FAVORITE UPN/CW ACTORS (LISARAYE, COUNTESS, TAMALA, SAUL, 'NEW YORK', TOCCARA) AT CHARITY EVENT.

Actress Shar Jackson and my 90s crush Marlon Wayans (along with 2 of his many, many nephews) attended the grand opening celebration of Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on Friday night. The nephew on Marlon's left is Damien Wayans. Damien, who is the son of Marlon's sister Nadia, is also an actor. You've probably seen him in movies such as Little Man, Malibu's Most Wanted, Major Payne and on several episodes of his uncle Damon's sitcom My Wife & Kids where he also served as a script writer. For real, those Wayans know how to put their kids to work! LOL! The nephew on the right, I want to say he's one of Damon's son's, but I'm not quite sure. Both of Damon's sons have appeared on MW&K as well....

Anyhoo, peep the pics at the below.

Let me find out the Celebrity Catwalk for Charity event was the place to be last week if you wanted to see some of your favorite (and former) UPN/CW television personalities. Celebrities such as the previously beaten down to the ground LisaRaye McCoy-Misick (All of Us), Kim Cole (Living Single), Countess Vaughn and Dorien Wilson (a.k.a. 'Kim' and 'Professor Oglevee' from The Parkers), Tamala Jones (guest appearances on One on One) and Tocarra Jones (from the CW's America's Next Top Model) were all in the house. As well as actor/poet Saul Williams who played 'Sivad', one of 'Lynn Searcy's' (played by Persia White) many boyfriends/jumpoffs on Girlfriends. For those of who don't know, Williams and White are now husband and wife.. Also there showing off her muppet-like face as well as her rack of ta-tas, was none other than reality show drama queen, Tiffany 'New York' Pollard.

The charity event, which raises funds and awareness for the National Animal Rescue, was hosted by Chicago natives McCoy-Misick and comedian D-Ray Davis.

Enjoy looking at the pics.

HALLE BERRY'S 5-MONTH OLD DAUGHTER, NAHLA ARIELA, MAKES HER CANDID DEBUT IN PUBLIC.

Just days after Halle Berry was spotted with what appeared to be an engagement ring on her finger (peep the pics below), she's seen once again, this time with her mother Judith, and her adorable 5-month old daughter, Nahla Ariela Autry, whom she shares with 32-year-old model Gabriel Autry, at the Los Angeles Zoo on Saturday afternoon. Flanked by bodyguards, the three generations of women...and little woman, cruised around the zoo aboard a tram as many passersby looked on. These are the first untouched, clear-as-day photos of baby Nahla's first public appearance with her her mommy, who just celebrated her 42nd birthday on August, 14, 2008. Many folks, including myself, are giving Halle props for not putting herself into the hundreds of celebrities who go through bidding wars in an effort to receive top dollars for exclusive first pictures of their children. Needless to say, Halle could have raked in millions, but instead, she decided to include herself in the small minority of celebs who refuse to peddle their children for the almighty dollar. I would name names like Diddy, Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera...but I won't..even though I just did! Anyhoo, not all celebrities wait for the day when they're able to bank tens of millions for a couple of photos in a magazine. Parents of the Rainbow Coalition (I swear they have a child of damn near every race) Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt opted to donate the $14 million they could have pocketed from People magazine for the exclusive first photos of their twins; however, they chose to donate every penny to their favorite charities. And Usher, who made many claims that he would never 'pimp out' his child to the media by selling his son's first photos, opted to pose in an exclusive photospread with his little 'Cinco' (real name Usher V) for free in Essence magazine's August '08 issue. Mmmm-hmmm.

Below are pictures of Halle Berry shopping in Beverly Hills with a diamond ring on her ring finger. We all know that Halle has had major drama in the marriage department (she divorced both of her former husbands David Justice and Eric Benet for being unfaithful to her)...and there was even a time when she said she'd rather be someone's baby mama instead of being someone's wife. But now that her life has changed in such a positive way over the last couple of years, could there be wedding bells ringing in the near future for Ms. Berry and her boyfriend Gabriel? Who knows? I guess only time will tell. In the meantime and in between time, I'm just wondering when (and/or if) the day will ever come where we will see mommy, daddy and baby out and about.

AUDIO CLIP: K-CI CLAIMS: 'AIN'T NOBODY ON NO DRUGS. WUDN'T NOBODY INTOXICATED OR NOTHING LIKE THAT. WUDN'T NOBODY DRUNK ON STAGE, MAN.'

Due to the disturbing video posted on various websites which shows Jodeci member JoJo falling out on stage during a concert in Sydney, Australia, K-Ci thought it would be appropriate to clear up all the rumors and to fully explain his so-called real reason that led to his brother's collapse. Lil dude spoke to NYC's Hot 97 radio personalities Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg to set the record straight. Well, at least he attempted to do so. For the first time, K-Ci admitted that JoJo suffers from epileptic seizures...which is eerie to me because I made a comment in my original post about having JoJo tested for epilepsy. Anyhoo, K-Ci went on a ravaging rampant and blasted everyone from me and my fellow bloggers for blogging about and posting the video as well as our speculations regarding the video, why he hates Bill Gates for inventing the computer and why he refuses to drink Coke (soda company) because it has the word 'coke' in it. Of course he vehemently denies that he and his brother are on drugs...with the exception of smoking weed. He even admits to not knowing how to spell the word 'cocaine.' And you know what? I believe him.

In the video clip, K-Ci explains how although JoJo falling out on stage is a part of their routine (when they perform their single Crazy), his floor drop last Saturday wasn't planned. "In case people don't know, and I wanna bring this public now: my brother is epileptic. We started to cancel the show because he had a seizure the night before we had to get on the plane [for the Sydney concert]. We did a 20 hour flight then got right on stage. I knew my brother was gonna get sick [because of that], man. When we do the song Crazy JoJo lays out on the ground, and thats part of the show...but [what happened] wasn't part of the show." But someone answer this for me: if your sibling collapsed on stage, and you knew it wasn't a part of the routine...and you also know your sibling suffers from epilepsy, wouldn't your first thought be to check on your sibling to see if they're okay? To make sure they haven't swallowed their tongue? To clear their air passageway? K-Ci's explanation as to why he didn't come to his brother's aid was: 'It just happened, man. Never question God.' Now, ain't that some utter hot mess to say? Talking 'bout, 'I was scared for my brother.' Man, please! LOL @ him saying, 'don't look down on a man if you ain't gon pick him up.' Uh, negro, did my eyes deceive me or did you not look down on your brother after he fell and then refused to pick him up?! Even when you realized that dude Now, I know he probably meant that in another way, but I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist.

In the meantime and in between time, you all can listen to the full interview below. I got to give Nick over there at Worldstarhiphop.com for emailing me their video. Oh, and by the way, JoJo has been resting since the incident and is doing just fine. K-Ci asks that we keep them in our prayers.

EXCLUSIVE PICS FROM MALINDA WILLIAMS WEDDING TO DERRICK 'D-NICE' JONES.

Actress Malinda Williams married her 'best friend' and love of her life, former rapper turned celebrity deejay Derrick 'D-Nice' in an elegant wedding ceremony at The Mezzanine in Newark, New Jersey last Saturday (August 23, 2008). And as you can tell by the pictures below, she looked absolutely beautiful! The beaming bride wore an ivory, strapless, beaded, ruffled-tiered gown by Maggie Sottero, champagne Christian Louboutin satin pumps, and a veil and hair adornment compliments of Lori London, while carrying an eggplant calla lily. As her dad, Frederick A. Williams, III, escorted his baby girl to her hubby-in-waiting, Derrick watched his bride intently, his eyes brimming with tears. "When I saw her I lost it, because she was so beautiful," said Jones, who was debonair in a Giorgio Armani tuxedo, shirt, and pocket square, a Brioni tie, and Salvatore Ferragamo shoes. "I'm thinking, This is my wife. I'm marrying my best friend." Malinda echoed her husband's sentiments: "All I kept thinking was, I'm almost there," said the former Soul Food series star, beaming now that she can officially be addressed as Mrs. Jones, "just a few more steps and this is it!"

At the reception, the newlyweds, who have known each other since they were 18, enthusiastically greeted their guests as husband and wife before sharing an intimate first dance to Grover Washington, Jr.'s Just The Two of Us. As the evening came to an end, the couple walked away, hand-in-hand, but not before sharing their promises to each other. "I just want to spend every day showing her how much I love and appreciate her," said Derrick. "It's the only thing I plan to do for the rest of our days together." Malinda said, "I don't believe in forever. What I do believe in is living it up every day, because tomorrow is not promised to us, so we can only let tomorrow take care of itself and maybe we'll reach forever. Let's just get through today and make every day a choice to stay married."

AFTER THE JUMP VIEW MORE PICTURES FROM MALINDA AND DERRICK'S WEDDING AND FIND OUT WHICH CELEBRITIES WERE A PART OF THEIR WEDDING PARTY.

The bridal party of thirteen, including bridesmaids and groomsmen were equally chic. Malinda's sis Leslie Dunn served as matron of honor, while maid of honor duties went to celebrity fashion stylist Tiffany Hasbourne. The bridesmaids included Terri J. Vaughn, Nicole Ari Parker, Vanessa Williams, Malinda's sis Lisa Sorensen, and junior bridesmaid Ashli Jones, Derrick's daughter. All were radiant in taffy, strapless David’s Bridal gowns and chocolate sashes clipped by beautiful broaches. Derrick's best men, Chris Lighty, founder and CEO of Violator Management, and Keith Forte, along with groomsmen Scotty Morris, Anthony Rahsaan and Ryan Jones were slick in black Ralph Lauren suits. During the exchanging of vows, Malinda caused a ripple of laughter among family and friends by proclaiming an emphatic "I absolutely do!"
