TRACEY & EDDIE CALL IT QUITS AFTER 3 DAYS OF 'SPIRITUAL' WEDDED INVALIDATED BLISS; FORMER COUPLE RELEASES PUBLIC STATEMENT.

Well, touch me in the morning and then just walk away. According to Access Hollywood, Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds have already gone their separate ways just two weeks after their 'spiritual' wedding ceremony on January 4th in Bora Bora. Their marriage only lasted three days. Are we really surprised? They planned on having a legally binding ceremony upon returning to the U.S. However, since that ceremony never took place, the couple was never officially married to begin with. Edmonds and Murphy left the island separately, the source told Access. The source added that the split had nothing to do with prenup issues. Both parties are currently in Los Angeles.

Murphy and Edmonds released the following statement to Access on Wednesday:

“After much consideration and discussion, we have jointly decided that we will forego having a legal ceremony as it is not necessary to define our relationship further. While the recent symbolic union in Bora Bora was representative of our deep love, friendship and respect that we have for one another on a spiritual level, we have decided to remain friends.”

What the hell?!! Why waste each other time by getting married in the first place when you know you aren't meant for each other?
