Beyonce with her mother, Tina watch Solange perform live at The Spotlight in NYC (8.21.2007. Anybody wanna clue me on what made Beyonce step outside her home with that hideous eye make-up on? Looks like she's taking make-up tips from Maia Campbell. I swear on everything I know that that's not a good look.

I don't think Mia was there; I think the blogger used the image of her with the caked on, powdered underneath the eyes look to compare to Beyonce's makeup with the caked on, powdered beneath the eyes look. ;)
Tina...the red draws attention to your mouth and the sharpness of the color only contrasts your face and makes you look HARD. Try natural shades, Mama Tina, PLEASE...they soften your look :( So sad, her makeup always, so sad and those eyebrows, always so sad.
